Bus Sign Up

The online reservation form will be available in May and due no later than May 9, 2025. To prepare read the below steps 1-6:

Coordinate with Your Crew: Before diving into the online form, chat with your friends who’ve already registered and paid for the trip. Confirm who you all want to ride with. Each group can have up to six grads, including yourself.

Choose a Group Coordinator: Select one person to be the Group Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for filling out and submitting the online form on behalf of your crew. 

Group Coordinator Duties: Group Coordinator, it’s your time to shine! Confirm your crew’s lineup before filling out the form. Gather the names and Student ID numbers of up to five friends joining you on the bus. Reminder, please only enter names of grads who are registered and paid.

Fill Out the Form: Once you’ve got all the details sorted, it’s time to fill out the form. Make sure everything is accurate for your crew and ensure none of the names are duplicated on other group forms.

Submission Deadline: Group Coordinator, mark your calendars! Submit the form no later than Friday, May 10, 2024. This ensures your group’s spot on the bus.

Want to Mix and Mingle?: If you’ve got friends in other groups, don’t worry! You can request to be placed with up to two groups on the same bus. Just let us know in the form.
